Triple Fruit Coleslaw


1 (16 oz.) Bag of Shredded Cabbage-Slaw mix
1 (8 oz.) can Pineapple Tidbits, cubed (reserve juice)
1 medium Apple, cubed
1 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Walnuts, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbsp. Pineapple Juice
1 cup Light Mayonnaise

Combine slaw mix, pineapple, apple, celery, dried cranberries and walnuts in a large bowl, mix well. In small bowl, blend mayonnaise, cider vinegar and pineapple juice. Add this mixture to cabbage mixture and toss gently until well coated. Cover and chill for several hours.

Makes 8-10 servings.
